NTNU Computer Science Graduate Student Conference 2001

PURPOSE

The main purpose of this conference is to provide a venue for NTNU's computer science graduate students to showcase their current work.

It is also a wonderful opportunity for both the students to get to know each other and network with the faculty as well as visitors.

Anyone interested in finding out what our students are up to are most welcome. However, you are required to register for the conference in order to partake in coffee breaks, the lunch and the banquet dinner. These are complimetary to all NTNU Computer Science (IDI) students, faculty and staff who pre-register on-line by midnight May 4, 2001.

Non-IDI attendees are encouraged to contact the conference chair, Assoc. Prof. Anne C. Elster, before May 4 for a probable complimentarty registration voucher.

MEETING FORMAT

The conference program will consist of talks of short duration (approximately, 20 to 25 minutes).

Contributed papers (at most 10 pages, preferably 4-6 pages) submitted on-line before the midnight on May 1, 2001 will be reviewed and contributors will be notified.

Final papers for inclusion in the NTNU CSGCC 2001 Web proceedings are due May 30. Details to be provided later.

OVERVIEW

TUESDAY MAY 8, 2001:
Registration & Set-up @8am, talks @8:15am-11:30, lunch 11:30-1pm, afternoon talks followed by a Dinner Banquet including an Award Ceremony (details TBA).
